The present invention provides a system for drying paint on a vehicle and sterilizing and purifying indoor air of a painting booth, drying paint for further shorter time after a vehicle is painted and simultaneously purifying indoor air of a painting booth. To achieve the purpose, the system for drying paint on a vehicle and sterilizing and purifying indoor air of a painting booth comprises a painting booth, a heat supply device, filter modules and air injection pipes. The painting booth provides a space allowing a surface of a vehicle to be painted through a painting module. The heat supply device is positioned on one side of the painting booth and heats indoor air of the painting booth by using a heat medium. The filter modules are installed on both interior sides of the painting booth to be symmetrical to each other based on a center part of the painting booth, have an air blowing fan positioned on each upper end thereof, and have a multi-stepped filter, which is positioned on an air introduction part of the air blowing fan and has a mesh with a size becoming smaller as approaching inside thereof, thereby allowing air introduced into the most outer filter to finally pass through the most inner filter to be introduced into the air flowing fan.
