To provide a trocar assembly.A trocar assembly includes a grip portion, a first sleeve, a second sleeve, and a balloon. The gripping portion includes a handle, a joint portion, and a first air valve. The joining portion extends from the handle and covers the assembly passage. The first air valve is connected to the joining portion and communicates with the assembly passage. The built-in side of the first sleeve is incorporated in the joint portion, and a first opening portion is formed on the tube wall on the insertion side of the first sleeve. The second sleeve can be fitted into the insertion side of the first sleeve so as to expand and contract, and the second opening is opened in the cylindrical wall of the second sleeve. The balloon fits into one end remote from the insertion side of the second sleeve and corresponds to the second opening.
