The invention provides a balance wheelchair comprising a main body and a balance component. The main body comprises a seat frame and a seat cushion. The balance component can be a ball joint comprising a socket and a ball inside the socket. The socket is connected to the seat frame. The ball is connected to a bottom surface of the seat cushion. The ball can move relatively to the socket such that the seat cushion is provided with a movable function .
