A system with integrated tracking includes a procedure-specific hardware component (112 or 116) disposed at or near a region of interest. A field generator (114) is configured to generate a field with a field of view covering the region of interest. A mounting device (115) is connected to the field generator and is coupled to the procedure-specific hardware. The field generator is fixedly positioned by the mounting device to permit workflow access to the region of interest without interfering with the field generator and to provide a known position of the field generator relative to the region of interest. A tracking device (110) is configured to be inserted in or near the region of interest to be tracked within the field of view of the field generator to generate tracking data.Cette invention concerne un système avec dispositif de suivi intégré comportant un composant de matériel spécifique à une procédure (112 ou 116) situé au niveau d'une région présentant un intérêt ou près de cette dernière. Un générateur de champ (114) génère un champ dont le champ de vision couvre la région présentant un intérêt. Un dispositif de montage (115) est connecté au générateur de champ et est couplé au matériel spécifique à la procédure. Le générateur de champ est installé de manière fixe par le dispositif de montage et permet ainsi l'accès d'un flux de travaux à la région présentant un intérêt sans interférer avec le générateur de champ, et la restitution d'une position connue du générateur de champ par rapport à la région présentant un intérêt. Un dispositif de suivi (110) est inséré dans ou près de la région présentant un intérêt et soumise au suivi dans le champ de vision du générateur de champ en vue de générer des données de suivi.
