PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel prevention or therapeutic agent of a fat liver disease based on P2Xreceptor inhibition.SOLUTION: An inventor of the present invention has confirmed that a P2Xreceptor shows a comparatively high expression rate in hepatocyte and a series of a compound having a P2Xreceptor inhibition action has an IL-1&bgr； production inhibition action in the hepatocyte. Moreover, the inventor of the present invention has found out further that the series of a compound having a P2Xreceptor inhibition action has improved various parameters relating with a liver function in a disease model of a fat liver disease, and thereby a P2Xreceptor inhibitor can become a prevention or therapeutic agent of a fat liver disease.【課題】本発明の課題はP2X7受容体阻害に基づく、新規な脂肪性肝疾患の予防又は治療剤の提供である。【解決手段】本願発明者は、P2X7受容体が肝細胞において比較的高い発現率を示し、またP2X7受容体阻害作用を有する一連の化合物が肝細胞におけるIL-1β産生抑制作用を有することを確認した。また更に、本願発明者は、P2X7受容体阻害作用を有する一連の化合物が脂肪性肝疾患病態モデルにおいて、種々の肝機能に関連するパラメータを改善したことから、P2X7受容体阻害剤が脂肪性肝疾患の予防又は治療剤となりうることを知見した。【選択図】図１
