The second gear member (20) is configured to receive rotation force from the first gear member (14). The press member (83) is mounted to the second gear member (20) to press the first arm (82). The return mechanism (70) presses the first arm (82) in conjunction with rotation of the handle (1) in a fishing line winding direction to return the operation member (68) to a first position from a second position.
