In some aspects, a catheter for visualizing cauterized tissue includes a catheter body and a support assembly extending beyond a distal end of the catheter body, the lumen passing therethrough. And a balloon having a proximal end and a distal end. The proximal end of the balloon is attached to the catheter body and the distal end of the balloon is attached to the support assembly. The balloon has an opening aligned with the lumen of the support assembly at the distal end to provide a continuous passage from the catheter body to the exterior of the balloon.
