PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric thermal stimulator capable of effectively applying thermal stimulation to a stimulation application origin region on a body surface, and an electric thermal stimulation control method.SOLUTION: A terminal for thermal stimulation abuts on thermal stimulation application origin regions in at least two different locations on a body surface, and the thermal stimulation is applied by means of the terminal. A blood flow is measured by a laser Doppler tissue blood flow meter that is attached to a central part inside a wrist.
