The manipulating part has a swingable first joystick (21). The first joystick is arranged coaxially with a proximal end portion of the insertion part connected to the housing. At least a portion of the back face of the housing is set so that the fundamental shape thereof is convex toward the proximal end portion of the insertion part, the convex portion is a grip face on which a users fingers are arranged when the user holds the housing, and the insertion part is connected to the housing in the grip face.
