Disclosed are a multi injection type syringe filling apparatus, which is capable of filling a plurality of syringe bodies with injections of the same volume at one time even when viscosities of the injections are different from each other while minimizing pollution of the injections and the generation of a void in the injections when filling the syringe bodies with the injections, and a filling method thereof.
