PURPOSE: A fermenter for fodder is provided to be able to check the dehydrated state of water by detecting the amount of water evaporation during the operation on a real time basis.CONSTITUTION: A drum(20) is installed inside a main body(10). An inlet part(40) supplies materials to the drum. A supply part(60) supplies drying wind to the drum. A vent(70) ventilates the drying wind in the drum to outside. A load cell(100) senses the weight of the supplied materials and changes in the weight due to the evaporation of moisture in the drying process. A controller(200) shows dryness of the material by displaying the value detected by the load cell, and sets the manual of the load cell. A discharge pipe(600) discharges washing water from the lower side of an isolation booth. A suction blower(700) connected to the vent ventilates the drying wind. A filter(800) connected to the suction blower removes bad smells, foreign substances, or bacteria in the discharged drying wind. An auxiliary filter(800`) filters substances unfiltered from the filter one more time. A pump(810) supplies liquid materials containing microorganisms into the filter. The supply part is equipped with a discharge blower(900a) for compulsorily supplying the drying wind of the room temperature.
