The present invention relates to a natural product derived bioactive peptide having an antioxidant activity. According to the present invention, provided are a peptide separated and refined from a duck skin gelatin and having an amino acid sequence of His-Thr-Val-Gln-Cys-Met-Phe-Gln, so as to having an effect of providing not only an antioxidant composition without side effects, but also a composition for foods.
