A device for removing foreign matters, including soil, and gynophore from peanut pod is provided, in which the device includes a screening frame, a rib strip and a wiper. The screening frame includes a plurality of parallel grids, and a screening passage is defined between every two adjacent grids for the passage of the peanut pod. The rib strip is disposed underneath the screening strips. The wiper is disposed on the screening frame and is located below the rib strip. The wiper has at least one wiping unit which is movable in a wiping travel. The wiping unit can pass a wiping position while traveling in the wiping travel. When the wiping unit is at the wiping position, a distance between the wiping unit and the rib strip is smaller than a length of the peanut pod.
