PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection method capable of accurately predicting drug-induced albuminuria.SOLUTION: HLA-DRB1*08:02 which is a human leukocyte antigen, or DQB1*04:02 is detected. Drugs causing drug induction are bucillamine, sodium aurothiomalate, D-penicillamine, etc. Albuminuria is albuminuria accompanying articular rheumatism. A patient who is determined that possibility of onset of albuminuria is high has an opportunity to select and determine medication and treatment policy which hardly induce albuminuria.
