PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article in which a drawing property in a region where stool is excreted is easily recognized for obtaining secure feeling in using.SOLUTION: An absorbent article includes an absorber 40 and a top sheet 50 which is positioned on a skin-facing surface side with respect to the absorber for making contact with a wearer. The top sheet has a sheet protrusion part 51 protruding on the skin-facing surface side and an opening 54 provided between the sheet protrusion parts. The top sheet has a first region R1 arranged at least in a rear waist area and a second region R2 arranged at least in a crotch area. A shape of the sheet protrusion part in the first region is different from that of the sheet protrusion part in the second region.
