A kind of device of green laver filamentous quick separating as a large amount of cultivation, it can carry out simple alternative and isolate green laver (large-scale green alga) filamentous as seed, it can be easily separated algal filament and be prepared as culture group, the algal filament can be made to grow up to a filamentous group (50 μm of mole s-1m-2) under low lighting conditions. When cultivating under 100 μm of mole s-1m-2 conditions above of the big what of intensity of illumination, free-living conchocelis is formed into thallus. Therefore, filamentous is uniformly distributed into small fragment, and right Hou penetrates cotton cord as algae mass propgation, it can be made to grow up to thallus under high-intensity illumination.一種青海苔絲狀體快速分離做為大量養殖之裝置,可進行簡單之替代方法分離出青海苔(大型綠藻)絲狀體做為種子化,使藻類絲狀體容易分離並製備為培養組,可在低光照條件下,使該藻類絲狀體長成一絲狀體團(50μm mole s-1m-2)。當在光照強度大於100μm mole s-1m-2以上條件下培養時,將由絲狀體形成葉狀體。因此,絲狀體均勻分佈成小片段,然後穿透棉繩做為藻類大量培養,可在高強度光照下,使其長成葉狀體。
