PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope type stapling apparatus, capable of applying a plurality of surgical fasteners to a body tissue.SOLUTION: The surgical stapling apparatus includes a frame, an endoscopic part extended far from the frame, a tool assembly including an anvil, a cartridge assembly housing a plurality of surgical staples, and a cam surface, a clamp handle disposed on the frame to mechanically cooperate with a drive beam, and a shooting handle disposed on the frame to mechanically cooperate with a shooting rod.
