The present invention relates to an apparatus for bonding a long line trace holder which bonds an elastic pad for fixing a fishing line to an upper edge of a long line trace holder main body. The apparatus for bonding a long line trace holder comprises: a frame which includes a lower frame and an upper frame a mold unit which is installed in the lower frame, forms a ring shaped groove, into which the elastic pad is inserted, on an upper portion thereof, and forms an allowance groove, on which one portion of the elastic pad is placed, extending from one portion of the ring shaped groove a compression cylinder which is installed on one portion of the mold unit, and applies pressure to one side of the elastic pad by being operated to apply pressure toward the allowance groove so as to compress the elastic pad in a longitudinal direction and a pressing cylinder which is installed on the upper frame to be vertically operated, and applies pressure to the long line trace holder main body after settling the long line trace holder main body on the elastic pad, compressed in the mold unit, to bond the elastic pad to the long line trace holder main body.
