The water-guiding pipeline is utilized for guiding irrigation water into the conservation container, so that the irrigation water can be conserved in the conservation material. The rotatable support frame, which is disposed on one side of the conservation container, can be rotated to a cultivation position or a maintenance position. The cultivation box, which is utilized for containing cultivation soils and a plant, is disposed on the rotatable support frame, so that the plant can be rotated to the cultivation position or the maintenance position via the rotation of the rotatable support frame. The capillary element, which has two ends respectively connected to the conservation container and the cultivation box, is utilized for transmitting the water and/or nutrients conserved in the conservation container into the cultivation box via the capillary phenomenon.
