PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic apparatus allowing an alignment to be quickly performed.SOLUTION: This ophthalmologic apparatus includes an optometry head having optical systems 45 and 46 of an optometry section and a control means controlling a driving motor to perform the alignment. This ophthalmologic apparatus further includes an arithmetic means that finds a separation distance from the pupil of a subjects eye to an optical axis of a measuring optical system and the direction of the pupil based on the pupil image position and an alignment target position of the anterior ocular segment image displayed on a display means. The control means moves the optometry head to a found direction by the separation distance at a high speed, by the movement, when a luminescent spot image or the pupil central position of the anterior ocular segment image does not enter within a measurable area, finds the separation distance from the pupil center of the subjects eye to the optical axis of the measuring optical system and the direction of the pupil center, and moves the optometry head towards the found direction by the separation distance at a predetermined low speed.
