PURPOSE: A handler for a skin beauty instrument is provided to elastically support a conductor with an insulator pressed by the conductor, thereby reducing the irritation of a user due to the conductor. CONSTITUTION: A handler for a skin beauty instrument comprises a tubular handle(100), a contact heat(200) a PCB(Printed Circuit Board) substrate(300). The contact head includes an insulator(210) and a conductor(220). The conductor includes multiple incoming holes and a mounting groove(212). The insulator at one end of the handle is formed with an elastic silicon material which is transparent so that light from an LED(Light Emitting Diode)(310) is transmitted outside. The conductors are inserted into the incoming holes, and are in electrically contact with a skin. The PCB substrate is electrically connected to the conductors of the contact head by the medium of connecting members(B). A fastening ring, which presses and fixes the contact head, is detachably installed at the handle.본 발명은 시술자의 숙련도에 상관없이 세밀하게 시술이 가능한 피부미용장치용 핸들러에 관한 것으로서, 관 형상의 핸들(100): 도전체(220)가 삽입되는 다수의 인입공(211)과, LED(310)가 삽입되는 장착홈(212)을 갖추고서, 핸들(100)의 일단에 설치되며 LED(310)의 불빛이 외부로 투과될 수 있도록 투명한 실리콘재질로 형성된 절연체(210)와； 인입공(211)에 삽입되며 피부와 전기적으로 접촉되는 도전체(220)를 갖춘 접촉헤드(200): LED(310)를 갖추고서, 접촉헤드(200)의 도전체(220)에 연결부재(B)를 매개로 전기적으로 연결되는 PCB기판(300): 접촉헤드(200)를 가압고정하면서 핸들(100)에 착탈가능하게 설치되는 결속링(400)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.본 발명의 바람직한 실시 예에 따르면, 절연체가 실리콘재질로 이루어져 있기 때문에 도전체를 피부에 접촉한 상태에서 가압할 경우 이에 상응하게 절연체가 도전체에 의해 압착되면서 탄성적으로 도전체를 지지하게 되므로 도전체로 인한 사용자의 피부자극을 줄일 수 있고, 시술 후에도 피부표면에 시술자국이 남지 않아 그 사용이 매우 편리하며, 나아가 도전체가 절연체의 인입홀에 삽입될 때에 인입홀의 직경이 도전체의 직경에 상응하게 확장되면서 도전체의 외면을 감싸 기밀성을 향상시켜주게 되므로 크림 등의 화장품이 내부로 침투하는 것을 원천적으로 차단할 수 있다.
