The present invention relates to a method for producing nutritional food for relieving malacia and having an herbal medicinal effect to ensure high nutritional consumption and keep balance in nutrition by using animal raw ingredients (chicken) and plant raw ingredients such as kimchi, agar powder, and seasonings including one or more of acanthopanax, cabbage, radish, oriental melon, oriental melon syrup, oriental melon jam, oriental melon vinegar, oriental melon fermented liquid, strawberry jam, red pepper powder, garlic, sesame, onion, soy sauce, and the like. The animal raw ingredients and the plant raw ingredients are simmered for 6 hours or more in an extraction tank to obtain broth, and are then produced into jellied food to be consumed as palatable meal substitution food which may be enjoyed in any place including home, restaurants, concerts, outdoor places, tourist sites, stadiums, and the like. Compared to a conventional technique, the method of the present invention can produce food which can be preserved for a long time.
