The present invention relates to a method for producing poultry farming drinking water for eliminating poultry red mites, and a poultry farming method using the poultry farming drinking water obtained thereby. More particularly, the method includes the steps of: washing finely cut gulfweed, Gleditsia sinensis Lamarck and kelp to remove salt therefrom； mixing 40-50 parts by weight of gulfweed, 0.1-1.5 parts by weight of Gleditsia sinensis Lamarck, 5-15 parts by weight of kelp, and 40-50 parts by weight of water to prepare a mixture； subjecting the mixture to hydrothermal extraction at 100-140°C for 2-4 hours to obtain a crude extract； and mixing the crude extract with water at a ratio of 1:8-12 (w/w) to obtain drinking water. The poultry farming drinking water includes naturally occurring materials only, without using any antibiotic agent or chemically synthesized product, and can eliminate poultry red mites effectively.본 발명은 와구모 퇴치를 위한 양계용 음용수 제조방법 및 이에 의하여 제조된 양계용 음용수를 이용한 양계 사육방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 각각 세절하여 준비한 모자반, 조각자나무 및 다시마를 세척하여 염분을 제거하는 단계； 상기 모자반 40-50 중량부, 조각자 0.1-1.5 중량부, 다시마 5-15 중량부 및 물 40-50 중량부를 혼합하여 혼합물을 제조하는 단계； 상기 혼합물을 100~140℃에서 2~4 시간 열수추출하여 추출원액을 제조하는 단계； 및 상기 추출원액과 물을 1:8~12(w/w)의 비율로 혼합하여 음용수를 제조하는 단계；를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 와구모 퇴치를 위한 양계용 음용수 제조방법 및 이에 의하여 제조된 양계용 음용수를 이용한 양계 사육방법에 관한 것이다.이에 의하여 항생제 또는 화학적 합성물 사용없이 천연물만을 재료로 한 양계용 음용수를 제공하여 와구모를 효과적으로 퇴치할 수 있다.
