PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat radiation structure of an endoscope having high heat radiation performance and preventing the deterioration and damage of a heat conductive material caused by curving while maintaining the curving performance of an insertion part.SOLUTION: A heat radiation structure 80 of an endoscope includes a body part 201 which is a hollow member disposed at the distal end of an insertion part and having axially-penetrating through opening parts 203 a connecting tube 231a a heat generating part including an imaging unit 50 and an illuminating unit 60 disposed in the through opening parts 203 and held by the body part 201 and a heat conductive material 81 higher in heat conductivity in a plane direction than in heat conductivity in a thickness direction and having anisotropy in a heat conducting direction. The distal end 81a side of the heat conductive material 81 is fixed to at least one of the outer peripheral surface of the body part 201 and the outer peripheral surface of the connecting tube 231a.
