A method for consulting a remote expert according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the steps of: transmitting, to a remote expert, original data including a photographed image diagnosing a skin condition of a user based on the received data and inputting a proper management method and recommended products, etc. by the remote expert retransmitting, to the user, the data inputted by the remote expert receiving the management method and recommended products of the expert to be displayed in a smartphone of the user.
