The invention relates to the use of endothelial progenitor cells (EPC) that comprises superparamagnetic particle aggregates which are able for the preparation of a medicament. Particular nanoparticle aggregates with a coating of compounds with net negative charge, and the method for obtaining them are also disclosed.Linvention concerne lutilisation de cellules progénitrices endothéliales (EPC) qui comportent des agrégats de particules super/paramagnétiques qui permettent la préparation dun médicament.
