Disclosed is a mulching mat, which does not obstruct water supply by a rain and the like, can reduce the amount of evapotranspiration of soil moisture, is environmental friendly and of a long life span, and can slowly supply nourishment or chemicals to soil over the long term. In the invention, the mulching mat has a hole in the center, through which a stem of a tree can pass, and has a cut-out part formed from the hole to an outside edge, wherein the mulching mat comprises: a first coir mat layer； a paper-making fiber mat layer laminated on an upper portion of the first coir mat layer； and a second coir mat layer stacked on the paper-making fiber mat layer.
