The invention is aimed at raising the reliability of assessing the risk of diseases of the cardiovascular system with concomitant pathology by recording additional parameters and taking said parameters into account for calculating a risk index based on statistically significant criteria. A method includes recording current parameters of the assessed disease of a patient and similar previously acquired parameters of healthy volunteers. For the diagnosed type of disease, first the weighting coefficients are determined for each parameter using known average values of parameters from patients who have a given illness and the average values of said same parameters from healthy volunteers, as well as standard deviations of parameters for the group of volunteers, and the sum of the weighting coefficients for the disease in question is calculated. The upper and lower limits of the norm for each parameter are determined. The risk index (RI) of the diagnosed disease is calculated in accordance with a reduced formula. The threshold level is set for an RI equal to 100, and when the RI is less than 100, the risk of the diagnosed disease is assessed as low, and an RI value in a range of 100 to 249 is assessed as elevated, and an RI of more than 250 is assessed as high.Linvention vise à améliorer la fiabilité de lévaluation des risques de maladies du système cardiovasculaire avec une pathologie concomitante par lenregistrement des paramètres supplémentaires et leur prise en compte pour calculer lindice de risque sur la base de critères statistiquement pertinents.
