FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: photoplethysmograph contains optoelectronic detector of blood flow pulse wave in patients finger with two LEDs and photodiode, as well as computer-equipped control panel and power source. LEDs work in red and infrared spectrum areas and are connected to electronic unit of LED work control. Photodiode is connected with operational amplifier, analogue-digital converter ADC and electronic unit of electric signal processing. Case of optoelectronic detector is made of dielectric in form of ring with cells for LEDs and photodiode with possibility of fixation on patients finger phalanx. Control panel is additionally provided with radio transmitter, operating at frequency f. Miniature radio receiver, tuned to frequency fand connected with electronic unit of LED work control, is placed in case of optoelectronic detector. Miniature radio transmitter, operating at frequency f, signal to which is supplied from ADC outlet, is placed in case of optoelectric detector. Radio receiver, tuned to frequency fand connected with electronic unit of electric signal processing, is installed in control panel.EFFECT: extension of arsenal of technical means for photoplethysmographic examination due to radio frequency connection between control panel and optoelectronic detector, which eliminates necessity of using connecting electric wires, facilitates work of servicing personnel and increases examination promptness.4 cl, 4 dwgИзобретение относится к медицинской технике и может быть использовано в функциональной диагностике для оценки состояния сердечно-сосудистой системы человека.
