The present invention relates to a fishing net producing method using a biodegradable resin composition including succinic acid derived from biomass. The present invention includes: a resin composition producing step of producing a resin composition of biodegradable copolyester resin by a condensation polymerization reaction and an esterification reaction of aliphatic glycol and aliphatic dicarboxylic acid, wherein the aliphatic dicarboxylic acid is succinic acid derived from a biomass resource, the aliphatic dicarboxylic acid and the aliphatic glycol are composed at a molar ratio of 1:1, adipic acid is mixed at a ratio of 1 to 5 mol% with respect to 99 to 95 mol% of biomass-derived succinic acid in the aliphatic dicarboxylic acid, and ethylenediol is mixed at a ratio of 1 to 5 mol% with respect to 99 to 95 mol% of butanediol in the aliphatic glycol; a chip molding step of molding the resin composition passed through the producing step into chips by an extruder; a spinning step of introducing the chips produced through the chip molding step into a spinning machine and spinning the chips into mesh threads; and a knitting step of knitting nets by using the net threads obtained through the spinning step. Therefore, the present invention has effects of: improving eco-friendliness through the use reduction of fossil raw materials by including succinic acid derived from biomass resources as aliphatic dicarboxylic acid used as a raw material of biodegradable copolyester resin; and producing fishing nets having economical efficiency and excellent mechanical properties through the speed improvement of reaction by using a diphenyl multifunctional compound.본 발명은 바이오매스 유래 숙신산을 포함하는 생분해성 수지조성물을 이용한 어망 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 지방족 디카르복실산과 지방족 글리콜의 에스테르화반응 및 축중합반응에 의한 생분해성 코폴리에스테르수지에 있어서, 상기 지방족 디카르복실산은 바이오매스 자원에서 유래되는 숙신산이고, 상기 지방족 디카르복실산과 지방족 글리콜이 1:1의 몰비로 구성되며, 상기 지방족 디카르복실산은, 바이오매스 유래 숙신산 99m~95mol%에 대해 아디프산이 1~5mol%의 비율로 혼합되어지며, 상기 지방족 글리콜은, 부탄디올 99~95mol%에 대해 에틸렌디올이 1~5mol%의 비율로 혼합되어 수
