The present invention relates to a biofeedback system configured to provide a breath guiding signal and brain activity information as a basis for a user to self-adjust brain functions in a neural biofeedback training zone, so as to complete a neurofeedback loop. The system includes a wearable physiological sensing device having at least two EEG electrodes and disposed on a users head to correspond to sampling points at a specific cerebral cortex specific location in order to obtain EEG signals and a sensible signal generating source for generating a sensible signal including first information and second information.
