The invention relates to a combination of paracetamol and celecoxib, which, in specific quantities, generate potentiation of analgesic effect against inflammatory-type pain. Specifically, the invention relates to a synergistic combination of between 375 and 500 mg of paracetamol and between 50 and 100 mg of celecoxib, which can be used for the treatment of inflammatory pain in animals and humans, as well as to the use of said active principles in the quantities indicated in the production of synergistic pharmaceutical compositions.Se describe y reclama una combinación de paracetamol y celecoxib que en cantidades específicas generan una potenciación analgésica contra el dolor de tipo inflamatorio. Específicamente, la invención se refiere una combinación sinergística de entre 375 a 500 mg de paracetamol y de entre 50 a 100 mg de celecoxib útil para el tratamiento de dolor inflamatorio en animales y seres humanos, así como el uso de dichos principios activos en las cantidades indicadas en la preparación de combinaciones farmacéuticas sinérgicas.Linvention concerne une combinaison de paracétamol et de célécoxib qui dans des quantités spécifiques génèrent un potentialisateur analgésique contre la douleur de type inflammatoire. Plus particulièrement, linvention concerne une combinaison synergique qui comprend entre 375 à 500 mg de paracétamol et entre 50 à 100 mg de célécoxib utile dans le traitement de la douleur inflammatoire des animaux et des êtres humains, ainsi que lutilisation de ces principes actifs dans les quantités indiquées pour la préparation de combinaisons pharmaceutiques synergiques.
