The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for measuring the volume of a wound to promote wound healing. The method for measuring the volume of a wound comprises the steps of: disposing a foam dressing in a wound area； sealing the wound area by attaching a film dressing to the skin adjacent to the wound area； discharging a fluid in a sealed space by supplying negative pressure to the sealed space formed between the film dressing and the wound area； measuring the flow rate of the fluid discharged from the sealed space； and calculating the volume of the wound area based on the measured flow rate of the fluid.본 발명은 상처 부위에 폼 드레싱을 배치하는 단계； 상기 상처 부위의 인접 피부에 필름 드레싱을 부착하여 상기 상처 부위를 밀폐하는 단계； 상기 필름 드레싱과 상기 상처 부위 사이에 형성되는 밀폐 공간에 음압을 공급하여, 상기 밀폐 공간 내의 유체를 배출하는 단계； 상기 밀폐 공간에서 배출된 상기 유체의 유량을 측정하는 단계； 및 측정된 상기 유체의 유량을 기초로 상기 상처 부위의 체적을 산출하는 단계를 포함하는, 상처의 체적 측정 방법 및 장치에 관한 것이다.
