PURPOSE: A nanofiber electro spinning scaffold is provided to control output rate of the virus vector and control the speed of gene delivery by controlling the content, temperature and the likes.CONSTITUTION: A nanofiber electro spinning scaffold which controls the output rate of adeno-associated virus vectors is manufactured by dispersing adeno-associated virus, AAV vectors on elastin-like polypeptide having amino acid sequence which is expressed by structure formula 1 and nanofiber electro spinning of &epsi-carprolactone. In the formula &lsqbVPGXG&rsqbn, X indicates amino acid except proline and n indicates 32-128. X is valine and n is 128.
