According to an embodiment of the present invention, an electronic device includes a housing including at least one electronic component； and a pad structure coupled to the housing and attached to a user′s body, wherein the pad structure includes a first adhesive material having adhesive strength capable of maintaining the adhesion of the electronic device when water or moisture is absent； and a second adhesive material abutting on a first region and having adhesive strength capable of maintaining the adhesion when water or moisture is present.
