The present invention relates to a hair dyeing composition for reducing ammonia smells of a hair dyeing composition and reducing hair damage, specifically, hair roughening and hair breaking by being supplemented with amino acid similar to hair protein to help healthy dyeing. The hair dyeing composition comprises a first agent and a second agent. The first agent comprises: 5 to 30 wt% of a base material selected from the group consisting of cetearyl alcohol, behenyl alcohol, polyoxyethylene octyl ether phosphate, polyoxyethylene oleyl ether phosphate, mineral oil, and a mixture of two or more thereof； 5 to 25 wt% of an alkalizer selected from the group consisting of monoethanolamine, ammonia water (28% concentration based on weight), and a mixture thereof； 0.01 to 2 wt% of a coloring agent； and a remaining amount of a solvent.
