The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition for the prevention or treatment of cancer comprising a PI3 kinase inhibitor and an immune checkpoint inhibitor. The composition of the present invention exhibits excellent cancer treatment effect compared to the case where the compound of Formula 1 or a cytotoxic anticancer agent used as a PI3 kinase inhibitor is administered alone.
