PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoprosthesis which maintains followability to the shape of a tubular organ, flexibility and reducibility of diameter, improves an expansion-support function of the tubular organ and a transportability in the tubular organ, and can be applied to a site with a collateral of the tubular organ without requiring any special configuration or means.SOLUTION: In the endoprosthesis, a support structure formed of a flexible material and forming one layer having mesh supports is inserted into a support structure formed of a flexible material and forming the other layer having mesh supports, The layers are joined and fixed at a certain area, so that the mesh structures of the supports in the layers are different from each other, and a non-overlap part is formed in the mesh of the supports of the support structures when viewed from the outside, and the supports are mutually freely deformable in areas other than the certain area where the support structures in the layers are joined.
