Device includes unit of internal pressure regulation for regulation of internal pressure in pneumatic chamber, connecting unit for connection and disconnection of adjacent pneumatic chambers and connection and disconnection of each of, at least, three pneumatic chambers and unit of regulation of internal pressures, control unit for control of internal pressure in each of, at least, three pneumatic chambers by control of state of connections by means of connecting unit and regulation of internal pressure in unit of internal pressure regulation and measuring unit for collection of information about arterial pressure on the basis of change of internal pressure in pneumatic chamber.
