An attachment and adjustment assembly for a chair includes a mounting plate having a first side opposite a second side, and a back support coupled to the mounting plate, wherein the mounting plate is configured to engage a seat back of the chair in one of a plurality of mounting configurations including a first mounting configuration, wherein the first side of the mounting plate faces the seat back, and a second mounting configuration, wherein the second side of the mounting plate faces the seat back.
