PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a percutaneous absorption preparation which is excellent in use feeling since it has high elasticity and can achieve high percutaneous absorption of a drug since it is excellent in the ODT effect.SOLUTION: The percutaneous absorption preparation includes a support and an adhesive layer arranged on the surface of the support. The support is made from a woven fabric or knitted fabric which has been subjected to calendering. The thickness of the adhesive layer is 20 to 200 &mum. The difference in the height of unevenness of the surface of the adhesive layer facing the support is 10 to 100 &mum.
