The present invention relates to a spine stimulation apparatus, and more particularly, to a spine stimulation apparatus having a non invasive type medicinal needle for opening blood vessel and capable of realizing an effect of muscle relaxation and pain mitigation through application of external stimulation rather than through insertion of a medicinal needle under the skin of human body. According to the present invention, the apparatus comprises a non invasive type medicinal needle provided on one surface thereof for opening blood vessel. The apparatus enables a user to apply stimulation to various portions of the spine at which direct stimulation does not easily arrive while the apparatus is fixed on the wall or the floor.
