PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing clip usable, in assembling supports for garden work or frame members of a vinyl house, for simply and securely fixing the poles and the frame members where they cross each other perpendicularly or at a desired angle, which ensures safe framework, and can be easily removed. SOLUTION: The device includes a body part comprising a first side and a second side continuous to the firstside and forming a prescribed angle with the first side, a first hook continuous with the first side to extend perpendicularly to a plane formed of the first side and the second side to form an almost U-letter shape, with its tip bent toward the first side, and a second hook continuous with the second side to extend perpendicularly to the plane in the opposite direction from the first hook, with its tip bent in the opposite direction to the first side to form an almost J-letter shape.
