The present invention provides an adjustable saddle-type dental implant, which comprises a main body component, a side wing connection base, a first side wing portion and a second side wing portion. The main body component includes an implant post and a support platform portion disposed on top of the implant post. The side wing connection base is disposed between the implant post and the support platform portion. The first side wing portion and the second side wing portion are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the side wing connection base. Alternatively, one of the first and second side wing portions is fixed to one side of the side wing connection portion and the other one is pivoted with the other opposite side of the side wing connection portion, such that the implant post of the adjustable saddle-type dental implant may be implanted into the alveolar bone.
