The guide (9) moves a radiation generating unit (4) along an orbit with a predetermined radius such that an X-ray (R1) emitted from the radiation generating unit (4) may cross an isocenter (13). The support member (12) rotates the guide (9) about a turning axis (11) passing through the isocenter (13). The radiation generating unit (4) is moved along a spherical plane by the guide (9) and the support member (12) and applies the X-ray (R1) toward the isocenter (13) in multiple directions.
