The present invention relates to a mask pack capable of passing microcurrents while selectively warming or cooling depending on mask pack components, outside temperature, etc., and more specifically, to a mask pack capable of selectively warming or cooling which is adapted to attach to the skin for a massage, wherein prior to the massage, the mask pack selectively cools down or warms up depending on massage components, outside temperature, etc., so as to attach to the skin to massage the same at an appropriate temperature while passing microcurrents to the skin, thereby effectively treating the skin.
