PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lift device for a vehicle having an entrance stopper in an entrance of the vehicle.SOLUTION: The lift device for the vehicle comprises upper arms, lower arms and gates which are arranged on a recessed installation face at a side edge of a floor face of the entrance in a cabin of the vehicle, a hydraulic cylinder and a platform. In the lift device for the vehicle with the entrance stopper, levers appropriately extended downward are mounted to the lower ends of the lower arms. A base end of the entrance stopper is rotatably journaled to the cabin side edge on the recessed installation face, and the other end of a spring with one end engaged with a base or a fixed object is engaged. The entire is energized such that the entrance stopper is laterally rotated and laid down, and a shaft inserted between the tips of the levers is continued from the lower direction.
