According to an embodiment of the present invention, a tooth straightener comprises: a wire for straightener teeth； a wire fixing part allowing the wire to move along a longitudinal direction of the wire, fixating the wire onto the teeth, and having an opened one side to allow the wire to get in and out； and a cover part covering up the opened portion of the wire fixing part and selectively attachable to the wire fixing part to cover the wire. By positioning the wire on the wire fixing part through the opened portion of the wire fixing part and then covering the opened portion of the wire fixing part with the cover part, a wire positioning process for the wire fixing part can be easily performed.본 발명의 실시예에 따른 치아 교정기는, 치아의 교정을 위한 와이어(wire)； 상기 와이어를 상기 와이어의 길이 방향을 따라 이동 가능하도록 상기 와이어를 치아에 고정시키되, 일측 방향은 개방되어 상기 와이어의 출입이 가능한 와이어 고정부； 및 상기 와이어 고정부의 개방된 개방 부분을 덮음으로써 상기 와이어를 덮도록 상기 와이어 고정부에 선택적으로 탈부착 가능한 덮개부；를 포함하며, 이러한 구성에 의해서, 와이어 고정부의 개방 부분을 통해 와이어를 와이어 고정부에 위치시킨 다음 덮개부로 와이어 고정부의 개방 부분을 덮음으로써 와이어 고정부에 대한 와이어의 포지셔닝 과정을 수월하게 수행할 수 있다.
