PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic device which can easily detect electric connection with an ultrasonic probe.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic diagnostic device includes a connector 4 and a detection part 5. The connector is so configured that a plurality of connection terminals which can be electrically connected with an ultrasonic probe are arranged, and a plurality of prescribed detection terminals are provided in a peripheral edge part in the arrangement. The detection part detects that the ultrasonic probe is connected when the prescribed detection terminals are connected.
