The device (10) has a textile combination (11) that conforms to part of bust and shoulders (19), and a part of lower extremities (26). Two elastic straps (15, 16) are allowed to form a closed trajectory, where each strap connects the shoulders with the opposite lower extremity. The two straps cross each other on the chest (30) and on the back of the body. A set of crossings is provided, where one crossing is arranged on a frontal face, and another crossing is arranged on a dorsal face. A set of slides (17, 18) is placed in combination along the trajectory of the straps.
